The company ALCAR WHEELS GMBH/alloy wheels encompasses the operating areas design, product development, production, logistics, technical support and the global distribution of alloy wheels for our four alloy proprietary brands: AEZ, DOTZ, DEZENT and DOTZ SURVIVAL.
The company ALCAR Leichtmetallräder Produktion GmbH in Neuenrade (DE) is our main manufacturing site for alloy wheels. Our annual production volume currently comes to 1.2 million alloy wheels a year. The constant investments are a strong commitment to the top quality of our products.
Our full product range covers wheels measuring 13“ to 22“ for passenger and off-road vehicles and light lorries. We supply the passenger vehicle aftermarket sector exclusively. Our customers include both ALCAR distribution companies and other distribution partners.
Our new, fully automated high-bay warehouse in Balve (DE) opened in summer 2014. Together with our twelve warehouses in countries around Europe, the ALCAR Group can provide a total warehousing capacity of 1 million wheels for immediate availability. Around 500,000 alloy wheels are in circulation at any given moment. This guarantees the highest level of availability as well as prompt delivery service.

Our alloy wheels are constantly tested to ensure dimensional precision and material homogeneity during production, and robustness and a lack of visible defects post-production. All alloy wheels are examined by Germany's TÜV certification institute prior to delivery to make sure that they can with stand highest levels of stress.

"just in time" deliveryWith its broad range of brands AEZ, DOTZ, DEZENT and DOTZ SURVIVAL, ALCAR can give its customers almost anything they want in the way of alloy wheels in the passenger vehicle aftermarket sector. As our full range of products would normally surpass the customary storage capacities of most retailers, ALCAR offers its distribution partners a special service: "just in time" delivery. The wheels are delivered to our customers by parcel service within around 48 hours from the placement of the order. ALCAR's European logistics centres warehouse over 1 million alloy wheels, guaranteeing availability and prompt delivery. With ALCAR as your wholesaler, you can keep your own warehousing capacities to a minimum and still have ready access to our full range of products.
